General Camp Information

Our camp is a fun, cost-effective, full-day, 8 week summer camp that addresses the whole child

A+ Academics: Certified teachers and computer literacy lab
Athletics: Tennis,Basketball, Soccer, Fitness, Flag Football, Kickball
Arts: Choir, Dance, Crafts
Adventures: Weekly field trips, plus 4-day Outdoor Camp @ Tilikum in Newberg, OR.
AGAPE Friends: Developing Friends and learning God's Word

Tuition Cost:

$100 per week/per child plus
a one time registration fee of $75 (1 child) or $120 (more than 1 child).
Minimum registration is 4 consecutive weeks. 25% of your camp tuition cost is required to register. This is a refundable deposit until TBD.

Transportation: There is a van pool from Vancouver and Beaverton locations. Limited space available.  Cost is $7/per child, per week. Seats are secured once registration is complete and deposit is paid.

Pre-Camp: 7:45 - 8:30 am
Camp Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

8:15 - Breakfast Served
8:30 - 9:00 Morning Assembly
9:00 - 12:00 Morning Academics
12:00 -1:00 Lunch
1:00 - 4:00 Athletics and Arts
4:00 - 4:30 Classroom Team Time

Fees and Donations

  • ALL DONATIONS and FEES (Registration, tuition, and van pool) can be paid online or in person. Checks should be made out to Mt. Olivet Baptist Church.

Scholarship Information
If you would like to receive scholarship information please email Indicate if you are a Mt. Olivet church member or live in the community. Add your name, email and phone number. Limited partial scholarships are available. All scholarship applications are online when registering your child for camp.
